We truly believe that the "customer" comes first - whether resident, patient, family member, employee, or professional colleague.

This shared ideal is the reason why we can state that over 98% of our "customers" are more than satisfied on every survey we conduct. It is also the reason why we don't rest on our laurels and are driven to meet the needs and expectations of everyone we serve.

At the Cedars, we place high value on community involvement. Among our commitments, we are proud to be a long-time Gold sponsor for the Rhode Island Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Through the hard work and creativity of our staff volunteers, we raise thousands of dollars each year to help find a cure for this devastating disease. From our annual Fashion Show Benefit to spaghetti dinners and walk-a-thons, there is always a spirit of giving at The Cedars.

The Cedars management team also cares strongly about the future of our industry. As an active member of the Rhode Island Health Care Association, we work diligently on initiatives to educate state regulators and consumers about issues regarding improved long-term care and better choices in senior living.
