| Cedar Crest Celebrates Deficiency Free Annual Survey
|
Therefore we are very pleased to state that our most recent Annual Survey from the from the Rhode Island Department of Health was Deficiency Free. We were found to be in 100% complete compliance with the more than 800 federal and state regulations to which nursing homes are held accountable. These inspection results underscore our commitment to first-rate care for all our residents and patients– at all levels of operation– including safety, quality of care, patient rights, food service, administration and nursing.
