Biggest Loser Challenge Week 1 Complete

Congratulations !! Week one of the biggest loser challenge is complete, which means there are only 12 weeks left! Hopefully you are already starting to make some changes to your diet and life style, however small, and starting to feel a change (and hopefully see that on the scale tomorrow!) If you are celebrating Super Bowl Sunday, don’t torture yourself but don’t over indulge! Also be sure to drink lots of water if you are going to be eating a lot of salty foods.

This week’s tip:

Eat breakfast. Even if it is something small, it is so important to eat something in the morning to get your metabolism going. Combining a carbohydrate such a fruit, whole grain bread, or oatmeal with a protein such as eggs, peanut butter or Greek yogurt, is best to keep you satisfied longer. Here are some quick grab and go breakfast ideas that you can prepare and take when you run out the door!
