Cedar Home Health Celebrates 5 Years!

Hello everyone. It is with great pride  and sense of accomplishment on behalf of all our staff, that I am able to proclaim we have completed our 5th year of service! Cedar Home Health, the Home Nursing Care program of The Cedars, has provided care to over one thousand patients over these 5 years.

We are serving our mission to assist our patients with a smooth transition Home, and continue to assist in their full recovery. Many thanks to all who have supported our program, and to all of our caring and dedicated staff. We look forward to continuing to grow and expand our services.
