The Cedars attends Rhode Island Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver’s Journey

Cedar Crest and Cedar Home Health were pleased to participate in the Rhode Island Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver’s Journey Conference held on April 26, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Warwick RI. The Conference was well organized and full of great information for those challenged with the Alzheimer’s Disease.

The Rhode Island Alzheimer’s Association is a Support Network

The Rhode Island Alzheimer’s Association is a great resource for those families struggling with this disease.  The Association provides education, personal support and advocacy around key issues of concern to those persons in RI affected by AD and related disorders. Although the Chapter is affiliated with the National Alzheimer’s Association, it is supported solely by donations from individuals as well as by public and private foundation grants. Donate Here.
