Dear Cedars’ Family,

It’s with extreme sadness that I inform you of the passing of Diann Lavigne CNA/CMT on Saturday July 22, 2017.  Diann has been a faithful and dedicated employee of The Cedars for the past 19 years.  Known for always giving compassionate care to her patients and residents and being a team player for her co-workers, she will be sadly missed.

Funeral services/calling hours will be held at Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Ave., Warwick, Wednesday July 26th 9-11 am.  

Her daughter has requested nursing not participate in our traditional Honor Guard at the funeral home as she felt her mom wouldn’t want the attention.  She was a humble woman.
