Vanessa Carnevale Joins Cedar Home Health Team

We are pleased to announce the addition of Vanessa Carnevale to our Cedar Home Health team. Vanessa will be working closely with our clinical team to provide additional non medical services. Along with Vanessa’s exuberant personality, she brings 15 years of experience in the industry. Vanessa began with us in 2002 as a customer service liaison, and has since acquired experience in both the Assisted Living and Home Health settings.

Vanessa is very excited about working with us again to enhance our current Home Health Services as our Director of Client Relations.  With The Cedar’s success of over 6 years  in Home Care, we have recognized a growing need for additional home care services so our clients will remain healthy and safe in the comfort of their home.

Vanessa will be working closely with our clients, family members, physicians and other health care providers to coordinate an individualized client centered wellness plan.  She will be a resource for any of the following Home Care needs.
