Cedar Crest is thrilled to announce that we have once again received a Deficiency Free Annual Survey from the Rhode Island Department of Health. We were found to be in 100% complete compliance with the more than 800 federal and state regulations to which nursing homes are held accountable.

These inspection results underscore our commitment to first-rate care for all our residents and patients—at all levels of operation—including safety, quality of care, patient rights, food service, administration and nursing.
